SubjectPlanning a visit in August
Message:I have a baptismal record from the Oystermouth parish for my great-great-grandmother dated 1825. I am hoping to find out more about her and her parents when I visit. Even if there is no additional information to be had, I am excited to be able to finally see the church and Newton, where she lived.

Message:Thank you for having such a fun website! I am from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, United States, and from the histories of the hymns, to the parish news, to the recipes, your website truly warmed my heart on our 1 degree Fahrenheit day! P.S. My great grandmother was from Swansea, Wales, and my father always said we got our singing voices from her.

Subjectfavourite hymns
Message:I forgot the reason I wanted to contact you. When I was 13 I would go to Norton Baptist Church regularly and my favourite hymn was Oh love that will not let me go - still brings tears to my eyes when I read why JB
Herbert? wrote the words

Message:Congratulations to you on your website. I live part-time in Dorset, part-time in Durtal France and it is one of the best things I read. I was originally drawn to your Recipes but come back from time to time to see what you are all doing. My sister lives in Monmouth, where I visit frequently, but one day I shall come to Oystermouth, Swansea - it can't be that far awaky!
