Message:I have just happened on your site and would like to draw your attention to facts about "there is a green Hill Far away". CFA published this hymn 2 years before she married Rev. Alexander so she could have not written it at the bed of a sick daughter. She actually was living at Miltown House, Strabane, Co. Tyrone, Ireland at the time so the green hill was probably one she could see in Co. Donegal.
